COVID-19 POLICIES

Please take note of the following policies, expected for Summer 2024:

  1. Rocky Ridge follows federal and state (Larimer County) recommendations for COVID mitigation.  While we highly recommend campers of all ages be vaccinated against COVID, it is NOT a requirement for attendance.  However, all minors must submit a health history and immunization record, regardless of vaccination status, signed by a medical professional.  A signed medical or religious exemption from COVID or other vaccinations may be required before arriving on campus. If you have any further questions, please contact the office before submitting an application.
  2. Participants, staff, and/or faculty who contract COVID while on campus may be asked to self-isolate, wear masks and practice social distancing, or leave campus until they obtain a negative test result.  During our Youth programs, our Nursing staff will determine the safest response on a case-by-case basis.
  3. As a safeguard against any circumstances that may arise, Rocky Ridge recommends that you purchase a third party tuition/travel insurance plan which will protect your investment should you choose to cancel ahead of time or are unable to complete the camp. We have partnered with TravMark, which comes highly recommended by AM Skier, Rocky Ridge’s insurance provider. Regardless of which insurance company you choose, please take note that often the best time to purchase this type of insurance is when you make your initial deposit.
