Rocky Ridge Music Center is pleased to announce the launch of its inaugural Rocky Ridge Young Artist Piano Trio. The trio is made possible by the Eric John Bundy Memorial Fund and will be open to exceptional musicians applying for the Young Artist Seminar (YAS) beginning with the 2017 summer season. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 24 at the start of the seminar. Trio members will receive one-time full tuition support, including room and board, for the 4-week summer intensive at Rocky Ridge’s historic Estes Park, Colorado campus.

The Rocky Ridge Young Artist Piano Trio will function as ambassadors for the Young Artist Seminar throughout the summer and the following year. In this capacity, the trio will perform a benefit concert during YAS, as well as at least one other concert, either in the US or abroad, with the goal of advancing music education in communities around the world. Proceeds from the benefit concert will help support future Rocky Ridge Young Artist Piano Trios as well as provide travel stipends of up to $1,000 for the musicians during their 12-month ambassadorship.
