Winds in JSS1Payments, Deadlines & Discounts

Early Bird Tuition Discount
To receive the early bird tuition discount, your complete application must be submitted by February 15. A complete application consists of the application form, non-refundable application fee, recommendation letter (waived for returning students), and audition (e-audio file upload or live audition scheduled). The early bird discount does not apply to Adult Seminars. Early bird discounts will be applied to tuition after acceptance and may not be used toward application fees.

Application Deadlines
Complete applications received by Feb. 15 will receive priority placement and consideration for merit scholarships and financial aid (YAS only) as well as a$50 early bird tuition discount. The deadline for all applications is March 15. After that date, applications will be accepted on a space available basis. Quotas for some instruments fill quickly. Call the RRMC office if you are unsure of space availability for your area of study. The earlier you apply, the greater the likelihood of space being available for your instrument.

Schedule of Payments

Non-Refundable Application Fee
The $75 fee is due when application is submitted.  Your application will not be considered without the application fee.

Tuition Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tuition is due by March 1 or seven days after receipt of acceptance, whichever is later.

Payment of Balance Due
Tuition balance is due two weeks prior to start date of seminar.  Payments can be made at any time via our secure website or mailed to the RRMC Office.

Fees are to be paid in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Refund Policy

Rocky Ridge Music Center offers specialized seminars including room, board and instruction. Each seminar requires applicants to submit an application and payments that constitute a contract between the applicant and Rocky Ridge Music Center. By submitting an application and application fee, you agree to these policies stated here.  Any exception to this refund policy will be stated on the application form for the seminar to which it applies.

The application fee is non-refundable.  Applications cannot be processed without the application fee.

The 50% deposit, which is due within 7 days of acceptance, is non-refundable.  Once the session begins, no refund will be issued when a student withdraws voluntarily or is suspended as a result of disciplinary action.  Please see the student handbook for discipline policy.
