Apply Now for Rocky Ridge's 2008 Season
Applying to Rocky Ridge requires submitting a application, application
fee and other documents described below. You
can print a copy of the PDF application form below, fill it out and fax
toll free at 1-866-244-7107 or
mail to the Rocky Ridge Office.
You may be able to fill out the form online, print it and send or fax to Rocky Ridge. The left side bar explains what's needed.
Either way, be sure you get your application to Rocky Ridge as soon as possible to ensure space in this summer's sessions.
APPLICATION DEADLINE -- As of March 17th, we are still accepting applications, but are already near full in some instrument sections of YAS and JSS1. We expect to fill soon and will post a notice here when sections are full..
To apply for YAS or JSS, submit the following:
- Completed Application form
- $50 non-refundable application fee- click here

- Audition CD, cassette, DVD or VHS (for YAS only)
- Teacher recommendation (see form below)
- Current repertoire list
- NOTE: Make sure you receive an email acknowledgement,
for any forms sent by email.

- Completed Application form
- $100 deposit (non-refundable after June 15th, 2008)
- Recent recording of your work ( CD, cassette, DVD or VHS)

Sending your Application Documents
ONLINE BY EMAIL -- Complete the PDF application online and
email by clicking a button directly on the form. You will
receive an email acknowledging that the form has been received. Teacher
recommendations and your repertoire list can also be emailed as attachments. NOTE: This
will not work with webmail (see sidebar).
BY FAX or MAIL -- Complete the application on your computer,
print it out and fax or mail to Rocky Ridge. Another option
is to print a blank application, complete it by hand and mail or fax to
Rocky Ridge. There
is a button on the form for printing it.
MAILING OTHER ITEMS -- Audition recordings and other materials will need to be sent by mail but there is less rush for them.
