Any information collected on this website and in your dealings with Rocky Ridge is used only for responding to your requests, registering you for Rocky Ridge Seminars or improving our communications with you.  When you interact with our website, we may collect and store certain types of automated information.  Like many web sites, we sometimes use “cookies” and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our website.

Rocky Ridge periodically sends a newsletter describing upcoming seminars and events.   We also use email for seminar registration confirmation and to provide information you may request.   If you do not wish to receive email from us, other than registration notification and receipts, please advise us by phone or email.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business.  All information we have regarding our customers is protected.  At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor or organization.

Refund Policy

Rocky Ridge Music Center offers specialized seminars including room, board and instruction.   Each seminar requires applicants to submit an application that constitutes a contract between the applicant and Rocky Ridge.  The application specifies fees and costs and contains our policy on refunds for that seminar. 

Generally seminar reservation/deposits as well as application fees  are non-refundable since Rocky Ridge is holding space open for the registered applicant.     However, the remainder of the payment is refundable should the applicant need to cancel.  Please advise of any cancellations as early as possible so we can fill your spot.  In the event there are delays in processing a refund, don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or email.
