Colorado Council on the Arts -- A state agency, CCOTA, combines State funds and Federal funds from the National Endowment for the Arts to provide grants to local organizations like Rocky Ridge Music Center.  These grants are used to make the arts more accessible to all Coloradans, expand access to arts education, participate in local economic development, preserve our cultural heritage and strengthen the financial stability of the arts industry.   CCOTA grants also assist and encourage artists, recognize diversity and inclusiveness and encourage artistic excellence and freedom of artistic expression.
